We will never sell, lease, or rent any of your personal information to any third party.  Our customers' photos or videos will not be released to the general public or any third party.  This includes both the original material as well as the digital images.  Any video montages we make will not be shared with anyone other than the customer and will not be used as samples on our website unless we request and obtain specific written permission from you, our customer.

Any correspondence between Hair Stranz and our customers may be retained in the records of your account.  We retain these records for reference at a later time and to monitor and improve our customer service.
